An oral and maxillofacial surgeon is one of the 10 surgical specialities in the UK where one is usually required to have a degree in both dentistry and medicine. An OMFS focuses on reconstructive and trauma surgery focusing on the face, mouth and neck.
In this book McCaul discusses his cases and areas of his personal life. This book is comparable to the other medical books with regards to tone and type of content, but this is the only book that gives you and insight into OMFS.
